What to Expect During a Massage Session
Massage therapy is incorporated into all of our Integrated Bodywork sessions based on your goals and problem areas. Your therapist is trained to perform a variety of techniques that best suit the session. We are able to perform services at any level of dress, whether sports massage performed over clothing or traditional Swedish strokes directly on the skin.
