We want to help our clients so they are not limited by pain or physical tension. Our services combine elements of Craniosacral Therapy, FSM, Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, and Visceral Manipulation. Whether you’re seeking functional pain relief to complement traditional medical care, a full nervous system reset, or help with athletic recovery, our integrative bodywork is designed to help keep you feeling and moving in an optimal way.

    We accept Credit Cards, Cash, and Zelle. We process our payments with Square. Most Major Cards accepted. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask to provide 24 hours notice. Repeat cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.
